15 FESTIVALS & CONCERTS

First round: 15 shows across Norway, from April to August. The gigs will be divided between three dancers. Including festivals across the country and abroad.

Potential for additional shows.

CONTRACTS & CONDITIONS

Fee: 5,000 NOK per show (include rehearsals). 15–20 minutes per gig. All travel expenses covered. All dancers will receive a contract. Professionalism is expected from all parties.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

STRONG DANCERS

We are looking for dancers with solid technical training in Hip Hop (or Commercial).

In addition to strong Hip Hop skills, dancers must also be able to perform in heels.

Experience in Twerk, Exotic Floorwork and Waacking is a plus.

STAGE PRESENCE

More than just technique, we are looking for dancers with strong stage presence.

You must be able to master different styles while bringing your own energy, seamlessly shifting persona to match each style and vibe.

We want the energy people can feel without movement. Stares that both seduce and invite the audience.

WOMAN-POWER

We are looking for dancers with high confidence and a distinct presence. Someone who can hold their ground in a tough, masculine expression while also mastering sensual femininity. Choreographically, you should feel confident in both sassy attitude and playful dominance.

- The email will include video of choreography to learn beforehand.
At the audition, you will perform the choreography from the email.

THE ARTIST

Oslo-based SA_G has always been involved in music, everything from flute to opera, but now underground hip hop is all the rage.

In 2023, she released the hit "VOUGESIGG" which accelerated her career. Her songs are about her clique, club lifestyle, and how we should approach every situation with “chest”, in a sharp and humorous way. She stays true to herself no matter what the industry thinks. Her songs blend English and Norwegian in a way that resonates with the multilingual society we live in. Danceable trap tones captivate the audience, with her unforgettable 'cool-girl' vibes.

CHOREOGRAPHER'S INFO

Irlin has been working professionally as a dancer, teacher, and choreographer for the past 20 years. Her experience spans across Norway as well as internationally, including work in show productions, musicals, music videos, TV productions, computer games, and coaching.

Her dance foundation is rooted in street styles and Hip Hop. With the urban dance scene in Oslo as her base, she has also spent the past seven years building an international reputation as a promoter of Waacking. Over the years, she has expressed herself through a wide variety of styles.

Her broader interests in spirituality, energy, and neuroscience, combined with a deep curiosity about the historical evolution of women’s dance have led her to develop new ways of expressing, interpreting, and understanding the many forms of feminine dance styles. From the authentic and biological reasons women danced thousands of years ago to the bold, masculine, and savage sassiness of 2000s Hip Hop culture.

As a choreographer, she is a strong advocate for authentic dancers who understand how to work with energy and presence. “Technique only gets you halfway.” She looks for women who can combine masculine strength and power with a femme fatale stage presence: Qualities that match Sa_G’s complex expression of femininity, grounded in the raw foundation of powerful Hip Hop.
