Simple but tasty Spaghetti

Wow! This was delicious!

400 g minced meat

1 tablespoon neutral oil for frying

1 pc. onion

1 clove of garlic

500 g spaghetti, or other pasta

1 can of chopped tomatoes (ca 400 g)

2 teaspoons dried oregano

250 g cherry tomatoes

1 teaspoon chili flakes

12 dl water

3 pcs. chicken stock cube

100 g fresh spinach

2 tbsp olive oil

50 g grated parmesan, or other well-aged cheese

0.25 pot of fresh basil

1 Sauté minced meat in a large pot with oil.

2 Cut the onion into thin slices. Grate garlic on a small grater.

3 Add onion, garlic, spaghetti, tinned tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, dried oregano and chilli flakes to the pot.

4. Pour in water and add broth.

5. Cover and bring to a boil. Let everything simmer for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is cooked, or follow the cooking time on the spaghetti package. Stir the pot during the process.

6. Pull the pot off the plate and stir in the spinach just before serving. Put in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop basil leaves and sprinkle over basil and Parmesan before serving.

Enjoy!
