Norwegian Tour
Sometimes you forget just how beautiful the place you come from really is. This summer, I got to experience Norway in a way I don't think I ever have before. In one weekend, we visited three different festivals in three very different parts of the country – Moldejazz in Molde, Malakoff in Nordfjordeid and Vinjerock by Jotunheimen. The following weekend, the journey continued to Fres Festival in Fresvik. That meant many, many hours on the road. But surprisingly, driving never

Performing at Beautiful Træna
Far out along the Helgeland coast, surrounded by ocean, dramatic mountains and tiny islands, you’ll find Træna – one of Norway’s oldest fishing communities and one of the most unique places I have ever had the opportunity to visit. Every summer, this small island community transforms into Trænafestivalen, bringing people all the way out towards the open sea to experience music, art, nature and festival life in a setting unlike almost anywhere else. This time, I travelled ther

Show at Karpe World
Some stages simply feel bigger than others. Over more than two decades, Norwegian rap duo Karpe have grown into one of the biggest and most influential acts in Norwegian music. Time and again, they have pushed the boundaries of what a Norwegian live production can be – including ten sold-out shows at Oslo Spektrum in 2022. In the summer of 2026, they took things even further with Karpe World at Ekebergsletta in Oslo: an entire festival universe built around their music, histo

Dancing at Roskilde, Denmark
Some festivals barely need an introduction. Roskilde Festival in Denmark is one of the largest and most iconic music festivals in the Nordic region – and it is one of those festivals I have heard about for as long as I can remember. Every year, huge crowds from Scandinavia and around the world come together for several days of music, art, camping and that very particular Roskilde atmosphere. This time, I got to experience it from the stage. I travelled to Denmark as choreogra

Pride Park Oslo Show
Here are some photos and clips from the concert on the main stage in Pride Park with Sa_G.

Opening Show with Pangina Heals (Thailand)
Pride season is finally here again! It's my favorite celebration of the year—a celebration of every person's equal right to love and share love, regardless of sexual orientation. I've been a regular performer at Oslo Pride over the past few years, and I'm incredibly grateful for that. The festival team is truly one of the most amazing teams you could ever work with! This year kicked off with a waacking showcase alongside international drag queen superstar Pangina Heals, all t

Going Viral: The New Generation of “Zombie” Audiences
After posting a video comparing the audience at Oslo's City Hall Square (Rådhusplassen) 20 years ago with today's audience, the post quickly went viral on Instagram. As a choreographer and dance educator, I found it alarming to see such a clear shift in how young people engage with art, music, and live performances. The Video: In the video, I described my experience choreographing for the VG-lista concert. Standing on stage, I felt as if we were performing in front of "zombie

Norway's finale - RedBull Dance Your Style
I was honored to be invited as a featured dancer at the Norwegian National Final of Red Bull Dance Your Style. It was an incredible experience with an amazing concept and outstanding production!

PiP festival performance
Performing as choreographer and dancer for Hip Hop queen Sa_G at the Oslo city festival Piknikk i Parken. Thank you Pip for hosting us! We had a blast on stage! See more behind the scenes clip in the video here: Photos by Ortenheim.

Invited to Red Bull Dance Your Style
I am incredibly excited and grateful to share that I have been invited to compete in Red Bull Dance Your Style Norway! Red Bull Dance Your Style is one of the most unique street dance competitions in the world. What makes it special is that dancers do not know what music will be played, and the audience decides who advances through each round. The competition is not only about technique but also about musicality, personality, improvisation, and the ability to connect with the

Choreograph at VG lista Rådhusplassen
Performing on the main stage at Rådhusplassen is a milestone for every dancer and performer. Ever since we were kids, we've watched this annual concert, which is also Scandinavia's biggest free concert. I'm truly honored to have shared the stage with Norwegian music icon Bertine Zetlitz. It was also an incredible opportunity to work as the choreographer for such an exciting performance.

Show for Beauty Giant Novito
Beauty giant Novito celebrated both its anniversary and brand relaunch with a spectacular event featuring a red carpet, exclusive gifts, and an unforgettable atmosphere. I brought along two dancers to entertain the guests with an improvised dance performance. You can see more from the event and behind-the-scenes footage in the video below.

Neon Show Earned a 4/5 Star Review
Performed at Neon, Trondheim What an incredible experience! This summer, we had the opportunity to perform at Neon Festival in Trondheim, where Sa_G was booked for the Newcomer Stage. As her choreographer, I had the privilege of helping create a performance filled with energy, movement, and unforgettable moments. Although the Newcomer Stage was designed to showcase rising artists, it quickly became clear that the space was almost too small for the crowd that gathered to see S

Gig in Molde
This Thursday, it was time for the 2X festival in Møre og Romsdal. After a few weeks of rehearsals, we could finally set off for the first gig of the year with Spellemann winner Sa_G. Check out my vlog below to see our little trip to Molde:

130 Applicants for Our Audition
I’ve had the pleasure of becoming the choreographer for hip hop artist Sa_G. A unique artist who is highly respected in the scene, and the winner of the Norwegian Grammy (Spelemann Award) for Hip Hop Artist of the Year. She stands out in the genre and has become a pioneer for female rap music. For the upcoming 13 shows this summer, we needed dancers and therefore held an audition in Oslo. A total of 130 applicants came in from all across Europe (+Australia and Isreal), but th

My Waacking Workshop
I recently had the pleasure of teaching a waacking workshop after being invited to Step Forward Studio in Kristiansand. The workshop lasted three hours in total, focusing on both technique and choreography. I was truly impressed by the level of the dancers in Kristiansand. It’s always inspiring to see such dedication and skill, especially in a place that feels close to home for me. I grew up nearby, in Vennesla, so coming back to this area to dance again felt really special.
